Could the Admin bar (having options like dashboard etc) put back at the top?
Right now its at the bottom and if going down and go to for example settings you need extra scroll before one will notice additional options. GUI wyse this is not the best sollution!
Admin bar should stay at the level where the standard HOME bar is imho.

I guess I don't understand....the admin bar is next to 'home' and 'add' etc.

Is it possible you are using other than the default theme and it has moved the tab elsewhere?

Needed to add some more to this.

Yes if you log in as admin the bar is on top BUT

if one is selecting say modules then the modules screen is shown and guess the admin bar is at the bottom.
This is clean G3 install no other things there so everything is default yet, no modifications made so far.
So it means I only have one Gallery theme (default) and one Admin theme (default)

A screenshot would help tremendously in this case.

If you click on Admin > Modules, you'll get the screen to install additional modules. The menu bar is still across the top.

Wow, my error in this sorry sorry sorry.

Because of the last post I wanted to make screenshots and at this point found it could be IE version.
And it is, on the system where I used Gallery3 admin I had IE6 (yeah I know verry old) and in this version admin
bars where at the bottom, upgraded to IE7 (not yet IE8) and from IE7 admin bar is on top (argh my mistake in this,
should have known old IE version is a problem in DIV environment) In this case IE6 was the problem not Gallery3 implementation.
