I want know how in sidebar in left have the links.
I add the photo to explain.

You can edit theme.tpl of your theme to add those.

For the theme I assume you are using you would edit:
gallery2/themes/matrix/templates/sidebar.tpl and save it to a local direcotry as the directions at the top of the file say.

or there is a module as well for adding links:

One question.
The module htmlblock can be used for insert links in sidebar???
