hidden & dedicated server path for registered users

Hello

My goal is to give each registered user with "add permissions" a dedicated server path to upload and insert their images but I don't want it to be displayed on the Add Items > From Local Server page. Is it possible without any huge modifications?
I'm using Gallery version 2.3 core 1.3.0

I whould like to try that and maybe write a module. For start I will have to know which are the files that set the server path and those that read the path to batch import the images. Can you please point me to the wright direction?

Check out the Add Items module

modules/itemadd is there that module is located.

That's about the best I can do for for pointing you in the direction of modifying this.
