Jalbum to Gallery.... Some How ?

Hi all, Done a bit of a search on this and didnt get very far. Basically I have a complex gallery of a big project I had and although I could do a mass upload it would loose the comments and additional information that I spent ages putting in. Does any one know of a quick ( a simple import tool ) or even a long way ( eg Jalbum to say Picasa then Picasa to Gallery etc ) or can you guys think of one ???
