The following information is required to get an answer:
Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful): www.gallery.aaltenvoogd.com (site is at www.aaltenvoogd.com, pictures also at www.aaltenvoogd.com/2_gallery.htm)
Gallery version: 1.5
Apache version: sorry, don't know ... can't access config wiz
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please): sorry, don't know ... can't access config wiz
Graphics Toolkit: NetBPM
Operating system: laptop - XP and Vista, iPhone - OS3?
Web browser/version (if applicable): Firefox, Chrome, IE8, Safari, iPhone, etc.

Hi - firstly many thanks to all who have put so much effort into developing & testing Gallery, and to those who have provided support through the forum - very much appreciated, but I'm afraid I've decided to (try to !) move from Gallery to something easier as my Gallery has spent so much time either out of service for some technical reason, or simply not being updated because it's too complex for a simpleton like me ... I admit, it's my fault in not persisting with the technical detail so not blaming Gallery!

So, here goes ... I'm on G1, and have simply not been able to figure out how to get to G2 - process of taking backups, configs, running prerequisite checks, etc. Sorry, I have tried, and failed. So, I'm stuck on G1 for the time being. Now my gallery has stopped working altogether - I suspect because of a change in folder structure by my ISP somewhere. Rest of my site works fine, just not the picture gallery part. I've decided to move to something simple like Picasa or Flickr to host my pictures - how can I migrate my albums? I have taken a backup of the albums to my local drive, but don't have access to the config wiz as the site is not working - this is the error:

"Gallery seems to be configured, but the path to the albums dir is wrong. Maybe you did a host change?
Check all paths and URLs in your config.php; unfortunately this can't be done via the config wizard."

I would be grateful for any help.

Many thanks,

Stefan
