Checkout: Remove "Add to Cart" option for a particular album and its subalbums

I know you can change prices for albums and their subs, but is it possible to remove the "Add to Cart" completely for an album?

Edit the permissions on that album. Remove the "[Checkout] Purchase Album" permission.
