Error 404 - Not Found

I am getting the error when I paste a link to extract images from another site, let's say yahoo.com or a image gallery site:

Import files into Gallery from another website. Enter a URL below to a web page anywhere on the net and Gallery will allow you to upload any media files that it finds on that page. Note that if you're entering a URL to a directory, you should end the URL with a trailing slash (eg, http://example.com/directory/).

Once I click submit I get a

I went to the event log and this is what I found:

Thu 05 Nov 2009 05:37:39 AM CST Gallery Error Link 203.116.80.14 ERROR_BAD_PARAMETER

Anybody that can give me any hints on this issue? Is there a way to reinstall it?

Still looking for a solution on this issue. Anybody can point me to somebody that might be able to look at this?
