1.4.1b64 utf-8 feedback for utf-8 encoding

	It's passed to install gallery 1.4.1 b64 thru selecting utf-8 charset as standalone mode with po translation files in Chinese (Traditional). gallery as a module in postnuke, I must change nls.php and add meta tag for charset on any manage-gallery-file along with popup window. anyway. thank you all
