Once again, I got this message before, but that time I cleaned the cache and gallery revived,
But this time, it doesn't work anymore.
No matter how many times I clean the cache in maintenance mode and clean browser's cache,
It doesn't work AT ALL!
Here's the message, could somebody help me?

As I use chinese words in my gallery, there are some mojibakes in the logs, but I think it's normal,
I've used chinese words in gallery for a long time.
