[SOLVED] How to modify a language file?

I found some typos in the dutch languagefile, so I changed a few words in the file ../modules/core/po/nl.po.

But when I upload the file to the server nothing happens. I still see the wrong words and not the words I just changed.

What am I doing wrong?

Never mind. I found it.

I forgot to rename the nl.mo file to modules_core.mo and copy it to the directory g2data/locale/nl/LC_MESSAGES.

Now everything is working fine.
