Owner missing

I have been using Gallery for a long time without problems until recently. Basically one of my users doesn't have their name beside 'owner' when they create a gallery - it's left blank.

AFAIK no other users have this problem

Tell your user to edit his/her preferences and enter something in the "full name" box :smile:

Doh!

I tried to do this for them [logging in as them] when I try to update the full name I get a permission denied [writing to a file I think] however I can't see the exact error message as it flashes by on the screen too quickly?

I have chmod -R 777 my albums dir post move already - is there somewhere else I should look?

EDIT:

The problem was ownership of some of the files in /gallery did a chown -R nobody:nobody gallery and all looks well
