asking about adding a group of images in 1 time

hello

i have install gallery 2 but i need a way so i can upload the images from the ftp
and shown in the gallery with thumb is there any way ?

becouse i dont want to upload them manualy is there any automatic way ? plz help am new in this forum and new in using the script ?
