How do you customise the embedded gallery2?

I have embedded gallery2 into my website but I can't work out how to hide the things I don't want to see such as the search bar and the gallery2 logo.

What I ideally want is just one of the albums and all the photos in that album.

How do i customise the veiw?

I have searched through lots of documentation but havent found anything! Am i trying to do something that is not possible?
