Text Categories?

Okay, I'm not sure how to explain this, let alone what to search for to see if this question has been answered before, so forgive me... Anyways, I'm wondering if there is a way to have text categories and then image folders listed under them? I have attached a simple image to this post to show what I'm looking to do. Anyone know of a way to do this? Thanks in advance.

While you might be able to get that done inside Gallery, I can't think of an easy approach.
An easy approach, IMO would be to use something like this:
http://www.flashyourweb.com/staticpages/index.php?page=mediaBlock
Use G2 as your backend, and use MediaBlock inside another page.
