Lightroom to Gallery2 .... I am scratching my head trying to find a solution

I am trying to set up Lightroom to Gallery but when i try to log in it says it is unable to establish a connection.

When I go into the event log, this is what I get

I have not a clue how to fix php
I can not even see a place in the admin section of Gallery2 for remote module to make sure it is on as the error code i get in light room suggests.

I am using Gallery 2.3 and lightroom 2.5 with the lightroom to gallery plugin 2.0.3 Does this combination actually work?

I also need to know if i have to install some sort of plugin or module on the admin panel to be able to see the permissions for this?
