Codex page does not allow ZIP files?

Codex page does not allow ZIP files?
it was working fine so far... now I am getting

Files of the MIME type "application/zip" are not allowed to be uploaded.
Retrieved from "http://codex.gallery2.org/Special:Upload"

Could someone check that?

There was a recent security enhancement to the codex.
It might be a simple configuration change to fix, or might not.

Ok, if it is not fixed soon, then there is no way to maintain modules for G3
it seems like wiki config issue
