Stuck in Carbon Theme

	I switched to the carbon theme now my gallery is stuck in that and nothing shows up at all just a gray background so now I have lost everything. Is there a way to go into a file and manually select a theme a force it to change to another theme??

	Awesome I was able to go through the support link and clear cache and do a hard theme change! Thanks.
