thumbnails?

Hey all
sort of a dumb question here, but after having a heap of issues with gallery 3 beta I've uploaded gallery 2 and can't for the life of me find out how to add a thumbnail of the images I'm uploading for Lightroom.

This there something I'm missing in the settings?

Gallery should be creating the thumbnails on the fly, same for G3.
