empty window when trying to set permissions

Hi,
When I click on permissions to set the permissions for an album in the xoopsgallery module, a blank window is opened.
Can you help with this problem?

Get this information from the PHP diagnostic (in the configuration wizard).
Gallery URL (optional but very useful):http://www.hogga.com/modules/xoopsgallery/
Gallery version:1.333
Apache version:
PHP version (don't just say PHP 4, please):

xoopsgallery is not our Gallery. Its a different product.
