Can't delete comments

Hi URL http://www.purbeckbreaks.com/Gallery. There have been many Russian (I think) comments put on the site. This happened once before and I deleted them. This time they just won't delete - any ideas? I have now blocked any comments and anyone viewing comments. This wasn't what I originally wanted to do.
