I have gallery version 2.3.1 installed. Everything works fine except...
First of all I had a little problem uploading flv files, it will get there no problem, you can see video with default flash player once and it is not workin on the second time. I gave up troubleshooting that, so I converted files to .swf format and uploaded three files. They work perfectly. I did not even had to do anything, except get custom thumbnail.

Later I have decided to configure Thumbnail Manager, so it will have default Icon for the all swf files. I had trouble adding the record to the Thumbnail Manager, it will take the record but will display only first letter of the record description. Ok.. I realized that plugin MIME was not installed. Installed and after that had no problem configuring Thambnail Manager. I also installed FFMPEG plugin, but had major problem figuring out what is the binary path, called my host support and they told me that they are not allowing FFMPEG on their servers. So, after playing a little I uninstalled FFMPEG.
After all of that I have tried to upload another swf file. Upload was successful, thumbnail shows up, but now when I go to view the video it is recognized as movie and I see only link to download movie. I have tried to upload the same files that I already have in the gallery posted and I get the same problem. Those first files I uploaded gallery recognized them as animation, these files that I try to upload right now recognized as movie.
I have read tonns of stuff here in forums, tried everything.
Tried changing movie size - specifying dimensions
Tried uninstalling everything and returning to the same configuration I had before
Tried uninstalling one by one and test - everything fails
I also tried to set viewable in the MIME configuration for the swf..
What am I doing wrong? I cannot even go back to what I had..???
So tired and frustrated :(:(:(

It feels like - once gallery was introduced to the FFMPEG it started treating files differently.
How do I make gallery go to previous state? I want swf files to work again :(
