Beginners Guide

Ok, so finally I've got a gallery2 account with some files uploaded.

And, I have WPG2 plugin installed on my Wordpress website.

I've searched high and low on the web, and cannot do some of the following basic functions. Is there a real beginners (i.e. dummy's guide out there?)

1) How do I show my albums in my posts!

2) Where are the files I uploaded to my gallery account stored on my server? I would like to FTP more files to this location

3) Is there not some sort of tool within wordpress so I can access the gallery, just like other plugins?
