How to delete "broken" sub-albums ?

I have sub-albums that don't show up properly. Something when wrong when the images were uploaded as when I go the directory, the jpg have never been resized to the 480*640. How can I delete these sub-catalogues" (http://cmoi-collections.com/catalogue/main.php?g2_itemId=4465) When I click the edit link at the bottom, nothing happens. These are the 2 albums titled "Coats".

How can I manually delete these broken sub-catalogues?

Also, I can not run the following maintenance: "Build all thumbnails/resizes". Can this hep pinpoint the problem?
