I have just begun using this. Works great. It has some bugs that need to be worked out, and some features needed (i.e. iPhoto photo info support) but the picture upload with out a problem.

It works really well and they just released a new version a few days ago (which I haven't tried). What I really like about using it is:

    Dumpimg my photos into iPhoto
    Red Eye reduction
    Rotating
    Croping (sometimes)
    Sending

What I don't like is manually pushing up movies after the fact but I can live with that.

Actaully before I start I rename all my fixes with their EXIF internal dates. It really makes using photos easier since sometimes modifying them changes the dates.

iphoto-to-gallery was what inspired me to get gallery! All of my photos are already in there, so it just makes life that much easier.

Make sure your files are jpegs before exporting them.
