Gallery 2 upgrade of a huge gallery

I have a huge gallery with more than 100.000 pictures in it. Current version of gallery is 1.2.0.1 and the latest i want to upgrade to is: 1.3.0.1.

While doing upgrade, i come to step number 4, when upgrader stucks doing: "Deleting old fast-download cache". Is there a way i can manually clear this cache and not by installer, becouse it seems i have too big cache...
