Add Pictures... way to preview?

New user here -

It looks like GR is the way to go for uploading, as I would like to crop quite a few images before upload.

When I click on 'Add Pictures', in the pop up window, I get a list of file names... dsc000732, dsc000733.. etc.

Is there a way I can see a thumbnail of each image instead of the image name? That would make choosing the right photo a lot easier, but kind of looks like my only options are 'list', and 'details'.

thanks, Chris

You would need ImageMagick installed locally.

Heh, that ImageMagick thing again, I keep running into that, don't I?

Reading up about putting it on windows, - looks - easy :) Will give it a try.

Thanks again, I really appreciate the help!

argh, I can usually figure these things out...

Ok, installed ImageMagick on my local (win) computer. I don't see any settings in GR related to this. I still just get 'list' or 'details'. There must be a way to tell it to use IM?

Oh, I see I think.. I need to add them all to GR to see them, then remove the ones I don't want. I was thinking I could just select the ones I wanted to add from the file list. Is that correct?

Thanks, Chris

Suprsidr, don't think that link goes to the right thread, I don't see any mention of google there...

Do you use a google app for viewing, cropping, and uploading the the albums?
