$150 reward / donation Gallery 3 Module Wanted

I am offering a $150 reward / donation if someone can develope a bug free module by the end of April that allows dynamic albums to be made using pics already in other albums using tags as predefined album search criteria. Basically add an album, allow uploads to album, but also allow an entered tag to automatically show pics contained in other albums matching that tag. The module shouldn't copy pics to new album, but may save search with manual admin update so it doesn't have to search each time a viewer choses to view it.

This album should appear as a regular album to viewers and not be a tag search view.

It would be nice if this worked with a dark theme too.
