Can't uncheck album owners with X-treme theme

Having a little problem with the X-treme theme. Trying to remove the album owner shown at the top of the page, but everytime I try to uncheck the Show album owners field and save it, it is still checked. Tried removing it both at the album and site admin theme levels. Any ideas as to how to get the checkbox to stay unchecked? Thanks |

Can you do that using another theme, like the standard Matrix theme?
