Ajax Not Working - Only Text Box & Fields Showing

I have been having sporadic issues with ajax not working on login and for adding galleries/photos. Recently, it stopped working altogether. I just updated to the latest build and ajax is not functional at all. Any thoughts? I've tested this in every browser. The backend admin panel works just fine.
