Can't erase pictures with broken links

Hello. I have uploaded a photo to my Gallery 2.2 site that has created an error. The file had ':' in its name, maybe it's the cause? It was converted to a '_' in the filename saved on the server, but when I tried to display the photo, I had a « Gallery has encountered an error » message. I then removed the file from the server, so now the photo is shown as a « broken picture » in the album. I tried to delete the picture, but I can't: when I select « Delete picture » in the drop-down menu in the album, I get a list of the photos with a checkbox next to them, but I don't have the buttons at the end of the page to erase the selected pictures. What can I do? I tried looking the database in PHPMyAdmin but I don't know what to erase... Thanks. -- |

Never. Let gallery manage the files you have uploaded to it.
Can you replace the image you removed?
Can delete the album(move the other images first)?

I deleted the file because it completely messed up Gallery: the album page where the picture is wouldn't event show up.
Deleting the file made the album page appear again, but with the « broken link » for the damaged picture.
I then put the image back on the server, with the same name as before, but there is still a broken link image for this picture.
If I must I will try to delete the album, but I am not even sure it will work.
