Unable to Configure ContactOwner

Hello,

1) I've downloaded it and uploaded giving full access rights.
2) Updated the Plugin list and clicked Download.
3) Selected Community Repository version 0.2.4 and clicked update.
4) Clicked on Plugins on the left hand side and located contact owner under display.
5) Clicked on Configure which highlights the entire contact owner option in a green, but nothing else happens.

I've tried clicking refresh, but still nothing. If I click on either uninstall or delete, I get the pop up box asking if I want to continue. I then click Yes and have to refresh the page to complete. I just can't seem to configure the module... HELP!
