Changing ZC - G2 Option Values

I have a question about changing the items within the Option Values settings tab within the Zen Cart settings inside of Gallery...

I would like to change the price of some of my values. How or where would I do that? It seems like I can only Delete and re-Add?

I've updated the price for all my items inside of Zen Cart using a query command, so the values are correct when I purchase an item. But, any new items I add will continue to use the original values I listed within Option Values inside of Gallery.

I hope my question makes sense.
