Whenever one enters a page is an image of a diferent album?¿

Hello I have a website and gallery instaled but I want to show a different album image in a column of my site Whenever one enters the page. I have seen this here: www.hispasonic.com in the left column under "Estudios".
What html code I have to put in my column to do this??
