Gallery2 Users not able to add images / comment / rating

Hi Guys,

I am facing some really strange and wierd issues with my Gallery2 since integration with phpbb3.

I have installed the mod and all the setup is fine. I have synced up the users as well in phpbb3.

Now in Gallery2 am not able grant users to upload pics. To put it in simple words as an admin if login to Gallery2 i am able to upload images but if any of the user who has been migrated into Gallery2 accesses the URL he is not able to Uploadpics, Rate, Comment on the image.

I tried all possible setting in the Gallery2 permission setting at both Root album and at Induvidual album level but in vain. Even the Everybody > Allow [core]Add item permission isnt working. Not sure where the problem is.

Another strange thing is under the groups i am not able to add any users to the REGISTERED_USERS group so i tried to create one called MEMEBERS and add one particular user to it and try giving permissions to that group but in vain.
