[solved] Position Recent comments above Add Comment block

Hello,

is it possible to position the recent comments block above the Add Comment block?

I checked the photo.tpl, but couldn't figure it out.

Please advise.

I'm using Gallery 2.3.1.

I would look at the template files that come with the comment module.

Edit album -> theme tab, blocks to show on photo page.
Reorder the blocks as you desire.
