When using the latest version of gallery2 with the siriux plugin and the latest version of wpg2, I have a problem on my gallery page. I have it set to render like a wordpress page. The problem is that my woordpress template header image is included a second time, which looks pretty bad. Is there some code I can comment out in wpg2 to stop it from includin this? I looked but could not find anything. My gallery is at http://shan.moonbase.net/?page_id=171

Hi there,
I had a look at your html output for the gallery page and you have this extra header class declaration embedded in the gallery div above the content div:
<div class="header"></div>
this is what you need to delete. I'm no expert on WPG2 or G2 but it may be that you can get rid of it in the WPG2 Output editor. Or it is possible that you added this header when you set Gallery up prior to integrating it with wordpress using WPG2 and WPG2 is picking it up as well as auto-generating the header itself. If this is the case you probably want to get rid of it in your G2 template.
A couple of ideas sorry I can't be more specific but that is definitely the offending code.
cheers sandy

Yes, I found the extra div, but I grepped the entire theme and their is no declaration in it for "<div class="header"></div>". I can only conclude that is somehow being dynamically generated, but I could not find where/how.
I did not edit any code in gallery2 or wpg2. I installed gallery2 then immediately installed wpg2 and imported albums from an old gallery1 install.

Hmm... I disabled a few plugins I wasn't using and the problem vanished. I then re-enabled plugins looking for the guilty plugin, but the problem did not return. Weird.

I suspect some cache issue. Either the browser or Gallery cache.
