Extensive customization of Gallery 2, advice needed

I'm busy in the process of trying to customize the look of gallery two to my needs. I want to go a step further than just basic re-skinning and would like to go about reorganizing what elements appear where and on what pages and produce a experience better tailored to my end use How do I go about re-organizing the different elements? Thanks |

1st you can embed gallery into any php page using my easy embed tool. -s |

but wouldn't that still leave the basic look and layout of gallery the same and just put it into a different php wrapper? |
