is there a module for admins to keep notes in the admin dashboard or is it possible to do without a module?

No, there isn't one that I've seen and that functionality isn't built in. I don't see why you couldn't create a module for that.

@nivekiam- I don't know enough about coding to write a module to accomplish this.

@floridave- I don't want to carry a paper and pen with notes on it about my gallery EVERYWHERE. =P
