How AlbumSelect module select information from db

Hey,
I use AlbumSelect module with tree view. I find that it storage album information in g2_Item table in database. But when in php code I can find place where gallery select information from db ? I search that information cause I have problem with this module - sometimes it show albums in tree view , other it looks that it don't select information about it from db :/

Please help!
