Last image at a general page

Hi,

im starting to work this gallery today... its really fantastic! like drupal =)

So, i have a little question:
there is any ready solution (selfish or module,plugin or something else) to deduce last image + image title + image description at the generel page of website?
If it will need to install any cms - its not a propblem. Im interest to make this quickly and easy =)

So, help me please, if you can =)

P.S. sorry, my english isnt native, im from russia.
