Hello All,
New to Gallery and by the looks of this forum, it is a very active site.
My question is: is there anyway to disable the print and copy functions, thereby providing security for my images?
Thank you
Dave
Ya but, I have seen photos on sites, tried to print or copy and those "buttons" were grayed out (of course, one could do a screen capture). Do you think loading the photos at say 72 dpi would help (prints would be lousy). Also, I'd bet watermark could be erased without too much problem.

As said above, any image that can be viewed on the web can be copied ... and I don't mean screenshots.
Every image you see while browsing a website has been downloaded unto your computer and is displayed from your local copy. This is how the internet works.
It is a trivial matter to visit where these are kept to save a copy.
Greyed out buttons and the like do not and cannot prevent images being taken.
If you are worried that someone might want to take a copy of one of your masterpieces, either use a low resolution watermarked copy or don't put it on the web at all.

If I can view it, I can copy and print it - period!
The best way is to watermark your images.
