can a quota get reset after 24 hrs or everyday at 00.00 am

hi
i am working on reference site for artist (free images)
i am planning to give 10 mb for members , if they cross 10 mb limit . they cant download images because quota is full
i want the quota system of the members who has crossed 10 mb per day must reset 0 (full avialble) after 00.00am daily so that they can download next day
can this be possible
i am artist ,i understand only little bit of coding
can somebody guide me

A download quota? I've not seen anything for Gallery for that.
