How the heck to change the logo?!?! (frustrated!) - SOLVED

Hi there,

After reading all explanations, changing files and refreshing browsers, I decided to finally give up and ask you guys: hot the hack do I change the logo?!?!?!

I did read the "how to" section, I don't find any "delete cache" option anywhere in the admin section. When I delete the theme.tpl file, the theme does not load. The theme.tpl file is changed, I have as a header this damn thing:

Does anybody know why the heck the image is still there?! Maybe is right in front of my eyes, but I am to nervous to see it at this point! Firebug shows me the file like it's the old, unmodified one. I can't really understand this!

... right... it was right in front of me : instead of looking for "Maintenance" I was looking, as in the "how to" guide, for "Site Admin/Maintenance" - as I did not see any "Site Admin" option... you know the rest... it's written up there.
