Wrong Web Browser Enconding

Hi the web browser take the Western European (ISO) in the last version but i want Greek (ISO) how ican change it ? i do many change i put meta tags but nothing ?

Hi,

Since there is no greek language this needs a little change in nls.php
Change the default charset in nls.php.
