Linking Image thumbnails in gallery block to Slideshow

Im new to Gallery2 and just installed and setup the most recent Gallery2 on my drupal6 site.

I enabled the 'gallery' block to view my album on the sidebar, and enabled the gallery2 slideshow module to have a slideshow of my album.
However the view slideshow link sits under the 'gallery navigation' block and not the album 'gallery' block. I would like to link the thumbnails in the 'gallery' block to open a slideshow of the album. Is this possible?
