Adding only one user with limited access

Hi

I don't need anyone to register as a user for my gallery2. I want to allow just one person who can only do the following:

Add Album
Add Items

I want to add the user myself so he does not have to register on the gallery website.

I don't want him to have full administration because he will mess up theme and stuff.

I also want to be able to remove "register" from top nave bar. As I dont require anyone to register. Thanks

Disable and uninstall the registration module.
Add a user and give the user Add permissions in the album you want.
