turn off e-mail from this list?

	How on earth do I make this bulletin board stop sending me every single posting as an e-mail? Your killing my account here. I have looked through all of the obvious preference pages, and even change my registered e-mail address, it is still flooding me. Help!

	Click on the forum you're getting emails from and select 'Stop Monitoring Forum' (or something similar, that's probably not the exact string)
