User self registration : self account creator

Hi everyone.
I have a question about Gallery2, is it possible to make user self registriation with self account creation - i mean, someone register account and have full access to his own photos - photos belong only to his account and no one other can access to this photos.

Is it possible in Gallery 2 or Gallery3 ?

P.S Sorry for my english ! ;)
