Add new langage - Croatian (Hrvatski)

I would like to add a new langage, Croatian (Hrvatski). How can I do that?

We have to start it. I've created a ticket for this: https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/gallery/ticket/1514

I've added Croatian as hr_HR in the 3.0.x branch -- get the latest experimental 3.0.1 code (see my link below) and try it out!
