Ah GoDaddy's wonderfully stable network and database servers...
Try again, looks like something flacked out when Gallery was trying to create the tables in the database. I know it should work on GoDaddy because tons of people run Gallery2 there. So that's why I can only think something burped on their network or database server during the install.
